I've spent 10 years creating user experiences in the web, mobile, 10', voice and wearable technology space. I am an advocate for the user. I ensure that technology never gets in the way of their experience. Every touchpoint must be considered carefully with the user's best interests in mind, or else robots are going to take over the world and you don't want that. It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it. ☺
